If
your item is lost or damaged in shipment please notify us immediately
at contact@chasemytail.com.
Lost or damaged claims made more than 15 days after shipment can
not be honored.
Before
shipping back an item you must notify us by sending an email to
contact@chasemytail.com
for authorization. We do not reimburse shipping charges on the
original order or to ship the item back.
Please
do not place a separate order for replacement merchandise via
our web site, our system will automatically charge for that order.
All
exchanges for international orders will be charged an international
shipping fee based on the items exchanged.
Each
manufacturer has its own specifications for returns and exchanges.
Please refer to product description for details.
All
sale, personalized and custom items are final and cannot be exchanged
or returned. Due to health/hygiene regulations, beds, seats, toys,
and litter boxes also cannot be exchanged or returned.
Shipping
Shipping
is included in the price of the item, where noted, otherwise shipping
is calculated separately by our shopping cart system and added
to your total at the time of check out. Shipping on International
orders, and orders to Alaska and Hawaii is extra and will be calculated
by the weight of the item. If you have ordered an item and requested
international or long distance shipping, you will be contacted
via email with a payment request for the extra shipping charge.
