Returns & Exchanges

If you are not satisfied with your order you may return or exchange your order within 15 days of receipt. The item must be un-used, and returned in the original box.

If your item is lost or damaged in shipment please notify us immediately at contact@chasemytail.com. Lost or damaged claims made more than 15 days after shipment can not be honored.

Before shipping back an item you must notify us by sending an email to contact@chasemytail.com for authorization. We do not reimburse shipping charges on the original order or to ship the item back.

Please do not place a separate order for replacement merchandise via our web site, our system will automatically charge for that order.

All exchanges for international orders will be charged an international shipping fee based on the items exchanged.

Each manufacturer has its own specifications for returns and exchanges. Please refer to product description for details.

All sale, personalized and custom items are final and cannot be exchanged or returned. Due to health/hygiene regulations, beds, seats, toys, and litter boxes also cannot be exchanged or returned.

Shipping

Shipping is included in the price of the item, where noted, otherwise shipping is calculated separately by our shopping cart system and added to your total at the time of check out. Shipping on International orders, and orders to Alaska and Hawaii is extra and will be calculated by the weight of the item. If you have ordered an item and requested international or long distance shipping, you will be contacted via email with a payment request for the extra shipping charge.

• For shipments to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico and Canada please email us at contact@chasemytail.com for shipping & handeling charges.
• For foreign delivery, please contact us at contact@chasemytail.com for a shipping and customs quote.
• If you desire overnight or airfreight please give us a call for a freight quote. (800) 700-1711
• If you wish to purchase a large volume of Chase My Tail Products we will gladly secure a freight quote for you, and package the goods in the most economical manner available. Please call or write us before placing your order via our shopping cart system.
